Note that all interviews are viewable in pfd format. These transcripts are intended for use by scholars doing historical research and by those individuals interested in military history. At this time they are not available for downloading or printing. All interviews are copyrighted by Combat Aircrews' Preservation Society, and may not be duplicated in any way without the expressed written permission from the Combat Aircrews' Preservation Society Board of Directors.

A note on editing of transcripts:

All interviews have been edited for clarity, i.e. stutters, repetition and “um”s have been removed; however, the dialect, grammar and/or slang of each interviewee has not been edited as to maintain the unique personality of the interviewee. Any obscene profanity will also be edited out with asterisks. It is the intent to keep this site at a PG-13 rating or better (PG), so as to keep it suitable for junior high and high school students. In some cases, parenthesis () are used to indicate verbiage that has been inserted by the Editor to clarify the interviewee's message.
